Returns & Refunds

Returns: You have the right to cancel within 14 days of your contact with us or 14 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). You then have 14 days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received.

For example: Masks- Must have the original official product tags still attached. If they do not, we can not accept returns for hygiene reasons. We check every mask to ensure the slit at the back is not torn, if you tear the mask we will not be able to accept the return. Toys/Collectibles- Must be returned in the original packaging, complete with all tags, accessories, packaging fasteners. If in doubt do not open.

The item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If the returned item can no longer be sold ‘as new’ in its original packaging we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for retuning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Faulty Items: We will provide a full refund if the item is faulty. The item must be unworn/ unused, in the original packaging and the same condition as received. If the item returned is not received in the same condition/ damaged packaging/ missing accessories we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund. All faults/ damage must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the item.
